BOOKING & PAYMENT

In the event A non-refundable booking fee has been retained, this is non refundable but maybe transferable depending on circumstances.
Your booking is only confirmed once the booking fee has been paid.
The booking fee secures your chosen date and time.

PATCH TEST & ALLERGY POLICY

Where a patch test has not been carried out, you agree to proceed with treatment at your own risk and waive any claim in respect of an adverse reaction.

Please note that a patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur. Even where a patch test has been completed without issue, reactions can still develop at a later stage. By proceeding with treatment, you accept this risk.

It is your responsibility to keep Marie Killick Beauty updated with any changes to your health, medications, medical conditions, or allergies prior to treatment.

Marie Killick Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.

PRE & AFTERCARE ACCEPTANCE

By booking and proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow the pre-care and aftercare instructions for your chosen treatment.

Failure to follow aftercare may affect your results.

AESTHETICS – AGE & LIABILITY

Age Restriction: Aesthetic treatments are not provided to anyone under 18 years of age.
Liability: Marie Killick Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions or known complications/risks associated with treatments, provided services have been carried out safely and appropriately.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Marie Killick Beauty is not responsible for personal belongings or accidents.

REFUND POLICY

Booking fees are non-refundable.
Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use unless you request otherwise.

PARKING

Please use the free 2-hour or 4-hour parking bays only.

Do not park in permit-holder bays unless you are displaying a valid disabled badge.

GIFT VOUCHERS & GIVEAWAYS

Paid gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Free giveaway vouchers or prizes cannot be transferred, changed to another person, or swapped for a different treatment.

PAMPER PARTY POLICIES & INFORMATION

✨ BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A £50 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure your chosen date and time.

• Your booking is only confirmed once the £50 booking fee has been paid.

• The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the party by bank transfer, or in cash on the day (if agreed in advance).

• If the final balance is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled and the booking fee will be retained.

✨ CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

• If the customer cancels the booking for any reason, the £50 booking fee will not be refunded.

• In the unlikely event that Marie Killick Beauty cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund of the £50 booking fee.

✨ ARRIVAL

• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.

• We require time between parties for set-up, cleaning and preparation.

• Late arrivals may result in a shorter party time.

• A maximum of two parents may remain unless agreed in advance.

✨ SAFETY

• The safety and well-being of all, is our priority.

• We take all reasonable precautions; however, in the unlikely event of an accident, we cannot be held responsible where all reasonable care has been taken.

• Children must follow staff safety instructions at all times.

✨ FOOD & ALLERGIES

• If food or drinks are provided, we cannot guarantee allergen-free options.

• The host is responsible for informing us of all allergies or medical conditions before the party.

• For severe allergies, a parent or guardian must remain present for the entire party.

✨ PHOTOGRAPHY

• Photographs may be taken during the party for marketing and social media.

• Please inform staff in advance if you do not consent to photos being used.

✨ PARKING

• Free parking is available nearby. Details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

✨ PARENT / HOST RESPONSIBILITY

• The adult host remains responsible for children’s behaviour during the event.

• If a child becomes unwell or distressed, the host is responsible for their care.
