BOOKING & PAYMENT

 

 

• A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all pamper parties.

• Your booking is only confirmed once the £50 booking fee has been paid.

• The booking fee secures your chosen date and time.

 

 

 

 

 

PATCH TEST & ALLERGY POLICY

 

 

Where a patch test has not been carried out, you agree to proceed with treatment at your own risk and waive any claim in respect of an adverse reaction.

 

Please note that a patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur. Even where a patch test has been completed without issue, reactions can still develop at a later stage. By proceeding with treatment, you accept this risk.

 

It is your responsibility to keep Marie Killick Beauty updated with any changes to your health, medications, medical conditions, or allergies prior to treatment.

 

Marie Killick Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.

 

 

 

 

PRE & AFTERCARE ACCEPTANCE

 

 

By booking and proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow the pre-care and aftercare instructions for your chosen treatment.

 

Failure to follow aftercare may affect your results and may invalidate any complaint or refund request.

 

 

 

 

AESTHETICS – AGE & LIABILITY

 

 

• Age Restriction: Aesthetic treatments are not provided to anyone under 18 years of age.

• Liability: Marie Killick Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions or known complications/risks associated with treatments, provided services have been carried out safely and appropriately.

 

 

 

 

 

CHILDREN’S PAMPER PARTY POLICY

 

 

• A responsible adult must remain present throughout the party.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

• Marie Killick Beauty is not responsible for personal belongings or accidents caused by unsupervised children.

 

 

 

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

 

• Booking fees are non-refundable.

• Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at management discretion.

• Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing.

PARKING POLICY

 

 

Please use the free 2-hour or 4-hour parking bays only.

 

Do not park in permit-holder bays unless you are displaying a valid disabled badge.
